How To Book Your Reptile Shows

1. Call the store and check availability on dates. We do not have dates in front of us when you email us. We need our show books at the store to book a show for you. We are extremely busy and suggest 4-6 weeks notice for a weekday and 6-8 weeks for a weekend anything less will be hit or miss based on other shows that are booked.

2. Pick a date and book with us on the phone. We will go over any details that are needed while we are on the phone with you. When you book please give the curriculum needs so we know what show we are presenting that day.

3. We need the timetables for the day. We need start times, and finish times for all shows that day. This way our staff can plan properly for your show.

4. Deposit and Payment info. We usually require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid on the day of your show. If you should require an invoice please inform us of this so we can prepare one for you. Please remember that 6% tax needs to be added on to all show prices. 

5. Day of your show. All we require is a parking spot, and easy access to the classroom. We do need to carry many animals and equipment into your classroom so the easiest way is appreciated. The best way to set up is to have us in one room all day and rotate the classes to us. The best set up for in the classroom depends on the amount of children, and their grade level. We can discuss this on the phone, or even figure it out last minute when we arrive to do your show.
